Sizes of outfits will be notated in the title. OSFM stands for one size fits most and includes sizes XS-XL. 

No holds without payment received upfront. Orders placed using self or third party pay will be canceled if payment is not received within an hour of placing the order. No exceptions!

Due to the different monitors and light effect, the actual color may be a little different on the screen you’re viewing from the actual product. Due to the nature of our products, Lavish Luxe Exotics does not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. No exceptions, so please make sure what you order is what you want. By continuing with placing your order and submitting a payment(s) for an order, you acknowledge, understand, and agree to these terms. Please let us know if you have any issues with your order, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Processing times vary based on time it takes to sew items, current workload, transit time of needed materials for your order, etc. Please note some packages take longer to create than others due to their extravagance as well. Keep transit times in mind when ordering. Budget packs of 20 or less outfits will ship within 10 business days maximum. Fell free to ask questions to clarify processing and transit times.

Please check your country's shipping carrier laws before purchasing shipping for international orders. The customer is responsible for any aditional duties, tariffs and fees. Please check and double check your address before completing your purchase as well. Please contact us before selecting a time for pickup to ensure we can accommodate you.

Once your order has been shipped Lavish Luxe Exotics is no longer responsible for the package. All packages, except those shipped with standard shipping, will include insurance through Shipsurance, USPS or UPS. If you would like insurance on your package please choose a different option than standard shipping or contact us directly to add it.

Please check your provided tracking number to estimate time of delivery and coordinate as needed. If you plan to be away from delivery address, please reach out to the service provider and arrange pickup at a different time/date. We are not responsible for any missing, lost or stolen packages.

In case of a missing package that has not been marked as delivered by the carrier we will assist you with filing a claim directly with the shipping provider selected at check out.

If you believe your package to be stolen from your property, please file a police report with your local police department and then we will file a claim with the shipping provider together.

The customer is solely and fully responsible to provide and verify the address entered at time of check out. Packages that are incorrectly addressed by the buyer or that are returned to sender due to pickup/delivery failure are not the responsibility of Lavish Luxe Exotics. If an item is returned to us due to an incomplete or invalid address, the customer has ten (10) business days to contact us, provide the correct address, and purchase a new shipping label. Failure to do so will result in your order being forfeited with no replacement.
